Shipping & Returns

Every item is printed on demand and shipped through our fulfillment partner, Printful, from the facility closest to your address. Here's exactly what to expect.

Made to order

We don't hold inventory — each piece is printed just for you after you order. That keeps designs limited and waste low, but it means there's a short production step before anything ships.

Production (fulfillment) time is about 2–7 business days, on top of the shipping transit time below.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping is calculated live at checkout from your address and the items in your cart — we pass through the real carrier rate, with no markup. Enter your address and select Calculate shipping to see the exact cost and an estimated delivery window before you pay.

The estimate you see is the total door-to-door time: our production time plus carrier transit. As a rough guide:

  • United States — typically ~5–12 business days total.
  • Europe & UK — typically ~7–15 business days total.
  • Rest of world — typically ~10–20+ business days total.

These are estimates, not guarantees — carrier delays, customs, and peak periods can add time.

International orders, taxes & duties

We ship worldwide. All applicable sales tax and VAT/GST are calculated and included in your total at checkout — there's nothing extra to pay us on delivery.

For some international destinations, the local carrier or customs office may charge import duties on higher-value parcels. Where those apply, they're collected from the recipient by the carrier on delivery and are not included in your checkout total. Duty thresholds vary by country.

Order tracking

You'll get an email confirmation when you order and another with tracking once your package ships. You can always find the latest status and tracking link under My orders.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Because items are made to order, we can't reroute a package once it's in production. Orders returned to sender because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped at the buyer's cost.

Gifts

Sending merch to a wallet? The recipient picks their own size and shipping address when they claim the gift, so production and shipping start from their claim — not your purchase. A flat gift shipping fee applies at checkout.

Returns, replacements & refunds

Because everything is printed on demand, we don't accept returns for buyer's remorse or for ordering the wrong size — please use the size guide on each product page before ordering.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we'll make it right. Email support@memeable.fun within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll send a free replacement or a refund.

Lost in transit? If tracking shows your order didn't arrive, email support@memeable.fun and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
