Intellectual Property & Content Policy

When you submit a design you confirm — and we require you to check a box affirming — that you own or hold all rights to the artwork and that it infringes no one's copyright, trademark, publicity, or other rights. You keep ownership of your art; you grant memeable a license to display it and produce it on the merch you create.

Don't upload, and we won't produce, designs that:

• use copyrighted art, logos, characters, or photos you don't have rights to;
• use third-party trademarks or brand names in a way that isn't clearly permitted;
• use a real person's name, likeness, or signature without permission;
• contain hateful, violent, sexual, or otherwise prohibited content.

Memecoin tickers and community art you own or are authorized by the community to use are fine — third-party brands and copyrighted IP are not.

Every submission is reviewed by us before it goes live, and our print partner (Printful) independently screens orders for intellectual-property issues. A design that appears to infringe can be rejected at submission or cancelled during fulfillment, even after an order is placed.

If that happens, the buyer is refunded in full and the item isn't produced. Because creator earnings and token burns are only released once an order ships, a cancelled order is always fully refundable. Repeat or deliberate infringement can result in removal of your designs and suspension of your account.

If you believe content on memeable infringes your rights, email support@memeable.fun with the subject “IP report” and include: the work or mark infringed, a link to the infringing design/product, your relationship to the rights, and a statement that your report is accurate and made in good faith. We investigate and remove infringing content, and we maintain a process for repeat-infringer accounts.
