Terms of Service

memeable.fun (“memeable,” “we,” “us”) is a print-on-demand merch marketplace organized by Solana community. Products are manufactured and shipped by our fulfillment partner, Printful; payments are processed in crypto and settled to USDC through MoonPay Commerce / Helio. By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms.

You can browse without an account. Creating merch, following creators, claiming gifts, or receiving payouts requires connecting a Solana wallet and choosing a username. You are responsible for your wallet and for activity under your account. You can erase your account and personal data at any time from your profile.

All prices are shown before you pay and include the product price, live carrier shipping, and any applicable sales tax / VAT. You pay in crypto (most Solana tokens are accepted and settled to USDC). The price you confirm at checkout is the price of the order.

Everything is made to order — we hold no inventory and production begins after payment. Crypto payments are not reversible by us; refunds, where due, are issued as described below.

Because each item is printed on demand, we don't accept returns for buyer's remorse or wrong-size orders — please use the size guide before ordering. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, contact support@memeable.fun within 30 days of delivery for a free replacement or refund.

If an order is cancelled before it ships — including when our print partner declines a design for content or intellectual-property reasons (see the IP & Content Policy) — you receive a full refund of what you paid. We do not release creator earnings or token burns until an order is actually fulfilled, so a cancelled order can always be refunded in full.

Refunds are returned in USDC to the paying wallet (or arranged with you via support). Network or processor fees, where unavoidable, may apply.

When you submit a design you represent and warrant that you own or have all rights to the artwork and that it does not infringe any copyright, trademark, or other right, and does not violate our IP & Content Policy. Every submission is reviewed before going live, and our print partner independently screens for infringement; we may reject or remove any design at our discretion.

You set the revenue split (your profit vs. token burn) when you create an item. Your profit is paid in USDC to your connected wallet, and the burn portion is used to buy and burn the community token. Earnings are settled only once an order is fulfilled (shipped) — not at the moment of sale — so that cancelled or refunded orders never create a clawback. You need a connected wallet to earn.

You agree to indemnify memeable against claims arising from designs you submit, including intellectual-property claims.

memeable sells merchandise. Community token burns are a product feature funded by a portion of an item's markup — they are not an investment, security, or promise of value. Memecoins are volatile and risky. Nothing on the site is financial advice, and we make no representation about the value of any token.

Don't misuse the site: no fraud, no attempts to break authentication, scrape at scale, disrupt the service, or launder activity through gifts/airdrops. We log security-relevant events and may suspend accounts that abuse the platform.

The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
